Hi, I'm Kat, founder of SKN IQ.

With over 20 years of experience in the aesthetics industry, I've dedicated my career to helping people feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. Throughout the years, I've worked in some of Newcastle's leading salons, including 11 years at the salon in Fenwick, where I developed my expertise in advanced skincare and aesthetic treatments.

Alongside my clinical work, I spent 10 years as a college lecturer, training and inspiring the next generation of beauty professionals. Teaching strengthened my knowledge and reinforced my commitment to delivering treatments safely, professionally, and to the highest standards.

In 2023, I fulfilled a long-held ambition by opening SKN IQ—a clinic built around my passion for skin health, natural-looking aesthetic results, and personalised client care. My goal has always been to create a welcoming, relaxed environment where every client feels listened to, valued, and confident in their treatment journey.

Originally from Poland, I've proudly called Newcastle home for the past 24 years. I believe that learning never stops, which is why I regularly invest in advanced training and the latest techniques to ensure I can offer the very best treatments and results to my clients.
